When do you delivery?
Saturdays only. For urgent or special requests contact us directly via email. Additional fees apply.
If you Order is placed before midnight Tuesday and payment is received/confirmed before midnight Wednesday, your order will be delivered the next available Saturday. If either condition is not met your order will be delivered the Saturday of the following week.
Can I choose a time?
Unfortunately, no. For urgent or special situations/matters (e.g. needing the goods before midday) contact us directly prior to the Saturday your delivery is scheduled. Additional fees may apply.
What is in the automated Order confirmation email?
The automated Order confirmation email contains your Order details, which you entered into our online Order form, and the Payment Instructions. In addition, it advises on how to ensure your Order get processed and confirmed as well as the date the delivery will be made.
What types of payments do you accept?
EFT, Bitcoin and Ether only.
When do you confirm payments were received and delivery date?
Thursdays.
I did not receive a payment and delivery date confirmation email on Thursday. Why?
We have not been able to confirm your payment. To ensure your order is accepted and processed for the stated date, forward a remittance advice to us by replying to your order confirmation email. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our definition of 'confirming a payment on our end' and/or further information.
How long will Sangria Latina last unrefrigerated?
As soon as your delivery arrives it should be placed into your fridge. Do not leave your order unrefrigerated for more than 1 hour once the delivery has been made.
How long will Sangria Latina last?
23 days from the delivery date. After this do not consume.
What are the conditions of purchase?
You have read, understood and agree with the Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, set by us. In addition, you agree you will bear all risk in respect of the products/goods once they have been delivered. Sangria Latina will not and cannot be held responsible subsequent to the delivery.
Can I pick up the order myself?
No.
Do I need to tell you all my details each time I order?
Yes.
What if I am not home or I am not sure if I will be home to receive a delivery?
As per our Terms and Conditions, as well as the Liquor Act 2007, under no circumstance will Sangria Latina leave Orders if there is no person over the age of 18 or authorised representative over the age of 18 available to receive them at the time the delivery is made. We perfom an ID checklist on every delivery.
My order has not arrived?
We are most likely still on the road. We are normally out from as early as 6AM to as late as 10PM. Please be patient. Should we assess that we cannot meet our delivery on the stated date, we will notify you.
